Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LEVEN DIGITALS ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you visit our website, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or submit an enquiry through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ad or contact form for our FSSAI licensing, Tatkal filing, or Swiggy/Zomato/Ownly onboarding services.

01 Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address (if you provide one).
  • Business details — your business name, business type (restaurant, cloud kitchen, café, home kitchen, etc.), and city or locality.
  • Enquiry & communication data — messages, documents, and details you send us over WhatsApp, call, or our website in connection with FSSAI licensing, Tatkal filing, or Swiggy/Zomato/Ownly onboarding.
  • Lead form data — if you submit an enquiry through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ad, the information you enter in that form (typically name, phone number, and email) is shared with us by Meta.
  • Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically if analytics or advertising tracking tools are active on our website.

02 How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you, when you message us on WhatsApp, call us, or fill a form on our website.
  • Through Meta/Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, when you submit your details via an ad form — Meta passes this information to us so we can follow up with you.
  • Automatically, through cookies or similar tracking technologies (such as the Meta Pixel), if used on our website, to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use our site.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide the service you've requested (FSSAI Basic/State/Central registration, Tatkal filing, or Swiggy/Zomato/Ownly onboarding & menu consultation).
  • Contact you via WhatsApp, call, or SMS regarding your application status, documents needed, or service updates.
  • Prepare and file your application with the relevant government portal (FoSCoS) or onboard you on the relevant delivery platform, strictly as needed to deliver the service you asked for.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer support.
  • Show you relevant ads on Meta platforms and measure how our ads are performing, where advertising tools are active.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your information for any purpose beyond delivering our services, communicating with you, and legitimate advertising/analytics as described in this policy.

04 Meta / Facebook Lead Ads

If you submit your details through a Lead Ad on Facebook or Instagram, your information is collected via Meta's platform and shared with us so we can contact you about your enquiry. This collection and transfer is also governed by Meta's Data Policy, in addition to this Privacy Policy.

We may also use Meta's advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel or Conversions API, to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and to show relevant ads to people who have previously interacted with our website or WhatsApp number. You can manage your ad preferences directly through your Meta/Facebook account settings.

05 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in the following situations:

  • Government portals — with FoSCoS/FSSAI, strictly to file and process your food license application.
  • Delivery platforms — with Swiggy, Zomato, or Ownly, strictly to complete your onboarding, and only with your knowledge and consent.
  • Meta/Facebook — as part of ad delivery, lead form processing, and campaign measurement, as described in Section 4.
  • Service providers — such as website hosting or WhatsApp Business API providers who support our operations, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements — if required to do so by law, regulation, or a valid request from a government or law enforcement authority.

06 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to remember your preferences, understand site usage, and measure the performance of our Meta advertising campaigns. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect certain website features.

07 Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service you've requested, complete any related filing or onboarding, respond to your enquiries, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time, as described in Section 9.

08 Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your information, where we are not otherwise required to retain it.
  • Withdraw your consent to be contacted, or opt out of promotional messages, at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp or call us using the details in Section 13 — we'll respond to and action genuine requests promptly.

10 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11 Third-Party Links

Our website and communications may reference or link to third-party platforms such as FoSCoS, Swiggy, Zomato, Ownly, or Meta/Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party platforms, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

12 Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
